Fees, Terms and Conditions

Our pricing structure is very straightforward. We charge a fixed fee for the whole occasion. however if we need to travel a long distance to the event we may need to charge you an additional fee to cover our time and transport costs.

The cost of our service for the whole occasion from £500*

*if the duration of the event you have planned or your requirements are significantly different from what we consider an "average" comission then we will be pleased to give you a fixed price quotation.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit and the balance three weeks before date booked will be required.

Privacy Policy

We will only use the information you send us for the purposes of arranging your booking. We will not pass on this information to any third party without your express permission. We will destroy all your personal details not relating to any transaction if you ask us to do so.
